The Sales Force Effectiveness Benchmarking Association links the deeds of sales force management to processes and techniques to identify leading cross-industry practices. Through the exchange of data gathered in benchmarking surveys, members will be able to benefit from the experience of many companies in the industry. Membership is open to individuals employed as permanent employees of companies in sales or sales management capacities.

To identify "Best in Class" business processes, which, when implemented, will lead member companies to exceptional performance as perceived by their customers.
